Designing Impactful, Innovative and Problem-Solving Learning Experiences 

A lifelong student and passionate about learning, connections are what inspire me. Not only making connections to one another, but in making connections to learning too:  connecting skills practice to real-world effectiveness, training modules to hands-on application and connecting critical thinking skills to problem solving in real time. 

I know the right questions to ask to assess gaps in knowledge, skills and performance to create engaging and impactful eLearning experiences, helping to solve problems in real time, reach business goals and improve employee performance. As an Instructional Designer with a music education background, being able to think outside the box is my normal modus operandi. Using creativity, strong organizational skills and visually pleasing aesthetics as guides, I design and develop ways to drive business success through interactive and concise learning, making connections count. 

I enjoy the iterative process of collaborating with stakeholders and SMEs, conducting learner analyses to choose the best mode of learning (ILT, VILT, eLearning, Blended Learning or Microlearning) which fits the needs of the client and learners. Using adult learning theory and best practices, I foster knowledge retention and drive meaningful outcomes which help businesses profit and employees flourish.
